"All of the staff was excellent with a couple minor hickups... one being one of the Breakfast attendants, was not very polite when another couple was trying to make kind morning greetings!!!! The other was the bartender in the hotel wasn't very nice when the drink that was ordered was completely wrong!!! The room was clean and comfortable and had lots of fun in the casino"

"Public areas and private rooms are very clean. Staff were friendly but not always readily available, especially the Valet Parking team. Had to call for additional towels, as only 1 was provided originally by housekeeping. Only 1 restaurant and required reservations if you didn't want to wait 30-45 mins for a table."

"The room was cute. It seemed like it would be a good first studio apartment for someone just starting out. The bed was on a wooden frame. No box spring. Despite the thickness of the mattress, it was not as soft as I would have preferred. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. However the microwave was placed in a cabinet on the lowest shelf. For travelers who are fit and trim, I'm sure this would be fine. I am not fit and trim nor young. Kneeling on the floor was not enjoyable. The TV in the room was confusing to me. I received emails before my arrival that I could watch streaming services with my personal subscriptions. I was pretty confident I could figure it out. Once I got to the room, there was no real explanation of what to do. I also wanted to watch live TV. There was a choice for free channels but when I went to that, all the channel descriptions were empty and I thought it was broken. The next day I realized I could just pick a channel and despite the appearance that they were broken, everything was fine. The biggest issue was that the elevators are not working. My room was on the 4th floor and I recently had surgery. If I would have known there was no elevator, I would have never booked this place. The sign on the elevator said that the management was trying to address this as soon as possible. I am very skeptical of that. I chose this place because of its affordable price and its proximity to the VA Hospital. Next time, I will choose differently."
