quiet place in the middle of a scattered settlement
Our three apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd Floor of our turn of the century house. Due to the constant renovation and the partial expansion, you can now spend your vacation in cozy, comfortable apartments. All three apartments have a terrace or Balcony, so you get an impression of the wonderful landscape, the many vineyards and orchards, but also the large Montiggl recreational forest with the two idyllic bathing lakes. In the background you can also see the Dolomites and our local mountain Penegal.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche zu viert in der Ferienwohnung Süden, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Eppan und an der Bushaltestelle. Mit der Mobilcard fährt man kostenlos mit dem Bus, z.B. nach Bozen oder mit der Mendelbahn hoch auf den Mendelpass. Der hauseigene Apfelsaft schmeckt traumhaft! Schön war auch, dass die Kinder ein eigenes Badezimmer hatten. Schöne Ausflüge sind z.B. Baden im Montiggler See (die lange Rutsche ist toll!) oder im Kalterer See, Besichtigung von Schloss Sigmundskron (Messner Mountain Museum), Besuch des Ötzis und des Planetariums in Bozen, Wandern in den Eislöchern und und und... Eine tolle Urlaubsgegend für Familien!

unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Unsere Enkel waren begeistert das es getrennte Betten gab, und ein eigenes Bad hatten sie auch. Die Wohnung war im allgemeinen sehr schön, alles vorhanden was man so braucht und viel Platz.

Sehr nette Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir sind mit einem Motorrad auf einem Hänger angereist. Diesen konnten wir in den Garten schieben und das Motorrad bekam ein trockenes Plätzchen unter der Terrasse. Die Wohnung mit Südbalkon hatte eine tolle Aussicht, war gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit konnte man sich an die Vermieter wenden. Es wurde einem sehr nett geholfen und man bekam gute Tipps. Vielen Dank wird hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Fewo mit toller Aussicht

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere Gastgeber hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und Tipps auf Lager. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, der Aufenthalt in Südtirol hat uns sehr gefallen!

Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir hatten die FeWo Süden, die sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet ist. Die Beschreibung entspricht den tatsächlichen Begebenheiten. Die ruhige Lage in der Apfelplantage ist toll, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Haus steht sehr viel Info-Material über die Region zur Verfügung, die Bio-Äpfel sowie der Hauseigene Apfelsaft sind unvergleichlich. Auch die Lage ist gut, Geschäfte und Restaurants sowie das Dorfzentrum, Haltestelle etc. sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kurzum: Die ganze Familie war mehr als zufrieden, auch wenn der Aufenthalt nur ein paar wenige Tage gedauert hat.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Balkon und eine super Lage. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Fahrräder konnten wir unten im Haus sicher abstellen. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und kommen wieder.

Schöne aussichtsreiche und ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist klein, schon etwas älter in der Einrichtung, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da sie viel Charme hat und insgesamt sehr praktisch im Detail ausgestattet ist (auch Abstellmöglichkeiten für unsere Räder im Keller, mit dem Rad nach Bozen - kein Problem). Das Kinderzimmer ist richtig gemütlich und schnuckelig, das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet und verwöhnt einen mit Blick auf die Berge aus dem Bett und direktem Zugang zum Balkon ( lang aber schmal). Dass man in dieser kleinen Wohnung 2 Badezimmer unterbringen kann, ist besonders mit Teenagern ein echter Segen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir unsere Wanderschuhe im Flur deponierten hatten, stand flux ein kleines Schuhregal da, Wasser- und Apfelsaftflaschen aus Glas kann man umweltbewusst im Haus kaufen. St. Michael ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit unglaublich vielen großen Herrenhäusern und guter Ausgangspunkt zu kleinen und großen Bergtouren oder zu den nahen und warmen Badeseen (Montiggler Seen), was für uns genau die richtige Mischung von aktiver und passiver Erholung bot. Wir konnten in den 11 Tagen nicht alles sehen, was wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Einen Besuch des Gasthof Lipp in Perdonig sollte man unbedingt einbauen: grandioser Ausblick von der Terrasse auf 2 Täler und Bozen! Viele Grüße an Familie Christoph und vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr!

Urlaub bei Freunden

Seit nun 25 Jahren sind wir mindestens einmal im Jahr im Haus Maderneid zu Gast. Ostern zur Apfelblüte mit schneebedeckten Bergen, im Sommer mit Hochgebirgstouren und Schwimmen in den Seen, im Herbst mit Hüttenwanderungen und Weinproben. Kurzgesagt: Ein Ort voll Herzlichkeit und ideal gelegen um auszuspannen und die kulturell reiche Umgebung zu Fuß, mit dem Rad und auch mit dem Auto zu erobern. In den Ferienwohnungen ist alles für einen gelingenden Urlaub vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft ist voll OK

Das Haus liegt ruhig, wenngleich es nicht gerade mitten im Grünen steht, dafür ist die Zentrumsnähe ein großer Vorteil. Uns hat es jedenfalls gefallen und wir werden das nächste Jahr mit Freunden wiederkommen. Herr und Frau Sander aus Nürnberg
