In this apartment you will find a sleeping area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee-machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine with dryer a bathroom with toilet and shower. Harmonious interior. Romantic atmosphere. We care for the well-being of our guests.
In our holiday apartments you sleep on slatted frames made of pine wood, untreated and free of metal and plastic. The bedware is in natural linen. Enjoy the relaxing scent of pine wood in all rooms of the apartment.
We offer comfortable warm rooms in the winter and pleasantly cool rooms in the summer due to a geothermal natural heating and cooling system. There is an elevator in the building.
Parking is possible. Parking boxes also for electric cars with e-chargers are available. Please make the request before booking! Pets are welcome.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Meran und dennoch idyllisch ruhig gelegen. Mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl restauriertes Gebäude, stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Meran selbst - wer einmal dort war, wird es lieben.

Wunderschönes Appartement in toller zentraler Lage von Meran!

Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet worden, sodass man sich dort sehr wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da man direkt zentral in der Innenstadt wohnt und das Appartement trotzdem sehr ruhig ist. Ein Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage kann separat angemietet werden, was wirklich Sinn macht, da man das Auto bei der Lage nicht so oft benötigt und die Garage nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schon vor der Ankunft super, aber insbesondere die Begrüßung und Betreuung vor Ort bei Fragen etc. war toll, sie ist sehr nett und kümmert sich super um alles!! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da ;-)

A Merano ..... abbiamo fatto centro.

Vacanza estiva breve, di soli 4 giorni, ma tornare a Merano è sempre un piacere anche solo per un week-end. L'appartamento è in una posizione fantastica, praticamente in centro, a 150 mt da Via Portici. Ben servito dai vari servizi, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar per colazioni e supermercati. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento non sono esagerate ma in 2 ci si sta benissimo, inoltre fra i confort c'è l'aria condizionata e, molto comodo per chi ha partner con tante valigie ... l'ascensore, un plus non indifferente. Un particolare ringraziamento alla signora Lydia che è gentilissima e mette tutti gli ospiti a proprio agio. Una location che consiglio al 100% e che spero, impegni di lavoro permettendo, di tornarci presto.

Ruhige, anspruchsvoll und durchdacht eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung (Nr. 6) ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, zugleich findet man in Küche und Bad alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt sehr zentral, gleichzeitig ist sie sehr ruhig, da das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Straße hinausgeht. Unbedingte Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage. Nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin

Neu renoviertes Haus mit unterschiedlichen Wohnungen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unter 1min Gehzeit. Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt von Meran. Sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen (was die meisten tun), muss man aber die Parkplatzsituation beachten. Man kann nämlich nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken. Hier ist bei einem längeren Aufenthalt mehrmaliges umparken nötig, wenn man nicht ins teure Parkhaus will. War für uns keine grosse Sache, da wir eh jeden Tag unterwegs waren. Das Internet ist ziemlich langsam und es kam zu häufigen Verbindungsabbrüchen. Hier bitte Access Points in jedes Stockwerk anbringen.
