Beach House 3 with Hot Tub - sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms

Beach House 3 is a stunning luxury four bedroom Villa situated right beside the sea with its own private hot tub. It is a detached architect designed villa with four bed bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area and a dining area. Three of the four bedrooms are en suite and there is also a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This villa has its own private terrace area with outside tables and chairs. The Villa's own private hot tub is located on the terrace and has wonderful sea views. The bedrooms are made up as two king sized doubles and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin bedrooms has an extra foldaway bed. There is an eco friendly air source heat pump system which provides luxurious heating and hot water. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor. The kitchen area has an American style fridge freezer with its own drinks chiller and ice maker. The upstairs front bedroom is not only ensuite but has it's own upstairs balcony with outside seating area with spectacular sea views.

The Villa is situated just a 100m walk from the Holly Tree Hotel. This has a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, Hot Tub Spa and reception area. Users of Beach House 3 have FREE use of the Hotel's swimming pool, sauna and Hot Tub.

Well behaved dogs are permitted and are not charged for. Cots and high chairs are also available free of charge.

There is fast fibre to premises broadband with free WiFi and the smart TV is connected to this.

Kentallen - a great home base

This was our 2nd time staying at the Holly Tree Hotel in Kentallen. The views are incredible, great food and very nice staff. Kentallen was a good home base for the week where we could strike out from to Oban, Fort William, Glencoe, Skye.

Fantastic beach house on the loch, great views to wake up to and very relaxing sitting in the hot tub overlooking the water. Restaurant food was fab, staff very friendly & helpful. Special thanks to the chef for Lynda's prawns! Would highly recommend a visit.

We had a brilliant stay at the Beach House 3 with hot tub. The house was clean, fresh, modern. Perfect access to the beach so we could paddleboard and swim in the Loch. A little expensive but as it sleeps 9 it can be split pretty well. The hot tub lid was broken so it took four of us to open it up and close it again. Also we couldn’t adjust the temperature of it. The kitchen could do with a couple of microwaveable dishes/casserole dishes. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Great family stay in Highlands

We enjoyed staying in this beach house on the loch. The view was incredible and the hot tub was already hot and ready for a dip. The heating system was a little tough to figure out but wasn't bad once we turned it down. Coffee maker was a standard small pod, the fridge was off but worked when switched on, and clothes washer was available but was slow and left clothes damp (standard euro model). Was nice having access to the hotel restaurant & bar. Overall good stay.

Stunning Holiday Villa

This is a stunning new build villa and we had a fantastic time. The house has underfloor heating and is finished to a very high standard. The ice maker and pod coffee machines in the luxury kitchen are nice touches. All the bedrooms are huge and the furnishings are of a high standard. We loved the hot tub and the views are to die for. We will definitely be back.
