"We arrived late but the parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Check in was fairly easy. Out room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was a free breakfast with just a few choices. I have celiacs and had choices. My husband had a mocha from their beverage machine. Easy checkout."
New Paltz Way Hotel

"This is a small, new hotel, nestled along the railtrain in New Paltz. It's "along" in the sense that the rooms are lined up, balconies facing the railtrail, and immediately beyond (through a treeline) the Wallkill. It's well sited on a beautiful site. Of course the railtrail is convenient, as is Water Street Market, which also follows the rail trail. It's also just a short walk into town, to the bridge across the Wallkill and a trial that leads to the ridge, and up the railtrail and to the left, Huegenot Street. It's a fine place to stay, drive to wherever you want to be, but to have wonderful walks from the hotel. The hotel itself is carefull and well designed, constructed and maintained."

"I prefer a known quantity to unique, and Hampton Inn provides a fresh, clean hotel, a delicious breakfat bar with lots of hot and cold choices, and it was quiet. We swam in the pool twice in the afternoon during our 5 day stay, and had it to ourselves. I missed having a hot tub, as this property has the indoors pool but no tub."

"This was a perfect house for myself, my 2 daughters and their significant others! Great location, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, lots of games and puzzles, comfortable beds and lovely deck. There were nice touches in the bathroom, such as extra toothbrushes (wrapped separately), plenty of nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and those terrific black towels to use after you remove your make-up! Jim responded promptly whenever I had a question. We were there for 3 nights, which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed in the house with 9 guests (5 adults and 4 children). The property was clean and the home was well kept, despite the age of the home. The kitchen was updated and lovely. Everything was fully functional. Ample furniture and bedding (even extra blankets) for everyone. AC in every room kept the temperature comfortable. We had fun with some of the games while inside the house. The outside was beautiful as well, with fun games to play but we didn’t have the opportunity to use them, unfortunately. Check in and out were extremely smooth! No major complaints, except some of the flooring wasn’t even. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area."

"The house was a nice surprise clean and wonderful inside. Please buy another brand of touch lock it’s was a total source of frustration. A couple of things the inside of the house was a pleasant surprise clean, updated, whimsical and had everything one could ask. The outside needs to be manicured and better cared for if I was choosing this house by driving by I would pass it up because of the looks and that would be a shame since it’s wonderful inside. The location is at the crossroads of everything in New Paltz. Garwins, Tommy’Is as well as the best Bagels,located in the Top’s shopping plaza made the trip well worth it, the walking bridge across the Hudson is magnificent but make sure you get there at 6:30 in the morning for the best experience. All in all except for that crazy door lock it was a wonderful experience and fun place to stay."
