Weekend breakfast help needs some work the women that were there on Friday were very attentive made sure you lacked for nothing and cleaned up before you had a chance to do so yourself

This was the best hotel of a 7-night trip with a different hotel each night. After being on the trails, we were able to take a nice, relaxing bath and get a good night sleep. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and quiet, and beds were very comfortable. I'm going to need to start bringing a steps tool to get into the beds, though! Bathroom was adequate, a touch of mildew in the corners, but nothing really bad. The lobby was open, well lit, and staffed with friendly people. Rooms were easy to access, and remarkably soundproofed. The restaurant was a hoot -- literally just burgers and salads, with a few apps thrown in. Good enough, but would recommend finding a real restaurant for a meal. Breakfast was the buffet style, with powdered scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes as hot offerings. French toast was also labeled, but looked like regular toast. Cold offerings of yogurt, fruit salad, and cereals, along with a case of bagels and pastries offered some additional choices. Looked like they were doing the best they could with kind of minimal staff. It was a pleasant enough experience. I would come here again, if in the area.

The staff was great, helpful & friendly. The issue I had is that the room felt damp. It didn’t really have a mold smell, but was definitely like a stale damp smell. I was on the 3rd floor and noticed that the ceiling was patched up in several spots with what looked like putty and then painted over. The rug was tattered and dirty in spots. The hotel definitely needs to be refreshed and upgraded and please look into the damp smell and feel to the room. I heard an older guest mention he didn’t appreciate the mold smell in his room, so that’s an issue that needs to be looked into right away. You don’t want guests getting ill. Thanks J’

The rooms need updating but the common areas looked recently remodeled. The entire place was very clean, however the carpets did smell a little dusty, probably from being old. The staff was really helpful, especially the lady who checked us in when we arrived. We were initially given a room next to a very loud party however as soon as I asked if there was another option, the lady at the front desk changed us to a different room and even went with me to make sure that it was a quiet area which was very important to us since we had a very early start to our day and needed to rest. Every employee we encountered was friendly and welcoming.
