2/5 - Disappointing
I stay in hotels two to three times per week and I have never ever come across such terrible and rude staff as the receptionist and bar/breakfast women in this hotel.

Alison on reception was lovely, really friendly and welcoming. We are in the restaurant and the food was great. Our room was really nice, had everything we needed. We also had breakfast which was nice and Aimee was really cheerful

Clean tidy and modern. Only issue was trying to work out air con as the room was like a sauna and no instructions. Finally sorted after 4hrs

Free parking, dog friendly and stones throw to BP Pulse. The hotel was spacious and bright. Food 5* staff 5* rooms 5* and very reasonable prices for food and drink, rooms a god price too. I will definitely stay the again, very happy customers 😊

Managers and staff were absolutely the BEST! Pretty lobby with bar and cafe, excellent space in the rooms, great location … everything was wonderful here and we felt welcomed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Great place. Check in is a bit complicated and for some reason you need photo identification?

The room was quiet clean, spacious and cozy. Had all necessary kitchen utensils. The shower room was clean.
