Winter and summer holiday home in the mountains at 1200 meters overlooking the entire village and Adamello. 100 meters from the departure of the Magnolta cable car and the sports center with swimming pool.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a medium-high quality residential complex without lift and reachable from Milan by bus or alternatively by train with stop in Tresenda (a shuttle service is available from Tresenda).

In the apartment we offer you the possibility to use: a microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and a "Bimbi" blender. Towels and sheets are not provided, blankets are present instead.

Family Skiing Aprica

This is our second stay at this lovely location and also our second time to stay in this accommodation. The apartment is spacious on two floors and it is clean and warm. The host is a gentleman and we are grateful for his hospitality. A Recommend. Thank you again.

Perfect Location

This generously sized duplex apartment is clean, warm & spacious. It is conveniently located beside the Magnolta ski lift and directly beside the local public swimming pool which was ideal for us. There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. :-)

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'indispensabile per starci comodamente in 6. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e scrupoloso nel fornirci tutti i dettagli, cosa che ho molto apprezzato.Oltretutto il residence si trova proprio di fronte alla partenza della cabinovia, che chiedere di più!?

L'appartamento ha un grande potenziale ma necessita di una sostanziale ristrutturazione(eccetto i bagni che sono già rinnovati) soprattutto la moquette e la carta da parati. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi per una casa di vacanze e a parte il piano cottura minimal e il frigo piccolo, ha tutto ciò che serve comprese lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Un pò faticoso il dedalo di scale per raggiungerlo. Molto rumorosa la stanza matrimoniale che guarda sul torrente. C'è un surplus di oggettistica di "Bellezza". In inverno è la posizione ottimale perchè di fianco ad uno dei 4 impianti di risalita. Parcheggio inesistente perchè il condominiale alloggia 4 auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo ha subito risolto un problema con l'accendi gas e le lampadine fulminate delle abajour. Per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono 10-15 minuti a piedi.

L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro del paese da tutti i servizi (compresi impianti di risalita alle piste) comodi da raggiungere anche a piedi.Ho parcheggiato la macchina negli spazi condominiali e non l'ho piu' utilizzata per muovermi in paese! Marcello e' disponibile e preciso fornendo tutte le indicazoini necessarie e utili per muoversi in totale autonomia. La sua casa e' dotata di tutte le comodita' che chiunque si aspetta a casa propria ma non in un appartamento in affitto! Bravo Marcello!

Excelente casa cerca de las pistas de esqui

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para alojar cómodamente a 6 personas, es cálida y más grande de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Además está situada al lado de las pistas de esquí y a 5-10 minutos de restaurantes y tiendas. El hospedador responde con rapidez a los mensajes enviados. En resumen han sido unas vacaciones estupendas

Nostalgisch und sehr schön

Mein Sohn und ich hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und nostalgisch, wie auf den Fotos gut zu erkennen ist, und sauber. Das Duschbad und die Toiletten sind auf dem neuesten Stand! Direkt vor der Tür ist das Hallenbad. Der Skilift direkt daneben wird gerade für die Wintersaison komplett erneuert. Bis ins Ortszentrum sind es wenige Minuten Fußweg. Die kleine Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist in einem größeren Appartementhaus und hervorragend gesichert mit stabilen Klappläden.

Piacevole soggiorno

A 2 passi dal centro ma senza il via e vai di auto e traffico. A 50 metri dalla piscina comunale e impianto di risalita (in fase di rifacimento quindi non operativo ma solo x l'estate 2023, credo che per la stagione invernale 23/24 sia già in funzione). L'appartamento si trova in un complesso con qualche decina d'anni, le foto rappresentano al 100% il mobilio e l'arredo dell'appartamento. Come da descrizione i pavimenti sono rivestiti da moquette. Molto belli i bagni che sicuramente sono stati rifatti recentemente, a me sembravano praticamente nuovi. Marcello è stato disponibilissimo. A mio avviso persona cordiale e piacevolissima. Di certo se dovessi tornare ad Aprica saprei già a chi chiedere alloggio!!!

Posto alla mano, semplice e comodo

Abbiamo soggiornato con gli amici una notte in occasione della Gran fondo Gavia Mortirolo. L’host Marcello è gentile, disponibile e preciso nelle indicazioni. Appartamento alla buona, pulito e dispone di tutto il necessario. Location un po’ vintage, in posizione strategica, risultando nei pressi del palazzetto ed a pochi minuti a piedi da via Roma.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

L'appartamento è caldo e accogliente. Dotato di ogni strumento come asciugacapelli, lavatrice, frigo ecc. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro contrada in saluta per raggiungerlo. Per noi non è stato un problema, passeggiata piacevole. Unica nota dolente la moquette,m al'insieme è evidentemente pulito e in ordine
