Really nice boutique hotel with a great staff and a good breakfast. They also have a wonderful spa. The town is really nice to spend a couple of days before taking the awesome Bernina Express train through the Alps. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very surprised at how lovely this hotel was for the price. 5 minute walk from the station. Friendly helpful staff. Robe and slippers, clean and comfortable. Slept great! Lovely breakfast for 5 euros! Lots of places to eat nearby Would definitely go again and highly recommend.

A jewel in a charming city

Hotel Centrale is a jewel hotel. The staff at reception, Giovanni and Irena, were friendly and helpful and it showed that they really care about their guests having a great stay. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the washroom was very clean. They served a very good breakfast.The location was within walking distance of the train station and excellent restaurants. It was a good starting point for walks around the beautiful city. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, cosy clean and well located hotel

We were staying at Hotel Centrale after arriving in Tirano from the Bernini Express. We arrived before check in time, but the incredibly welcoming receptionist managed to check us in early and also gave us a fabulous pizzeria recommendation for lunch. She was also ready with recommendations for dinner, and other activities, but we'd already booked somewhere. We stayed in the classic room which was clean and comfortable. The heat coming off the towel rail had the room at quite a high temperature, but once we closed the bathroom door, it was no longer an issue. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious and good value for the 10 euros per person fee, and I would absolutely stay here again if I were in the area.

Overall a really nice stay i enjoyed it. The room was nice and spacious ans breakfast was lovely! My only criticism is the bathroom light was being a bit tempremental and woukd stay on, dim, i couldnt switch it off but fortunately shutting the door was a short term solution. The other minor issue was the rainfall shower head whilst lovely to use visually wasnt great it had lots of limescale on it.
