"This place was so run down . So dirty . Bedding was dirty , room was dirty . Tv did not work . Had to change our own sheets . Didn’t have staff to come and do it . Took 2 times to fix the tv . Horrible!! "

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend we’ve never visited lake Havasu city the hotel was excellent breakfast selections were phenomenal staff were friendly and attentive clean rooms we love the rooms they reserved for us with a great view of the London Bridge we also LOVED the hotel is walking distance to and from the rotary community park, we would definitely stay again we’d recommend staying at the hotel ❤️❤️👍👍"

"The facility was nasty. The rooms had cockroaches in there, floors were so dirty and disgusting. Walls were super thin, can hear everything going on. Couldn’t even get towels when asked. The outside was sooo gross full of dead grass and weeds and nothing but dog poop and pee everywhere. That hotel should be shut down. I had a 3 night stay but stayed first night. We left. Time for hepatitis shot. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, do not stay there. "

"Just 1 (minor) complaint: could have used more dresser drawer space. The balcony faced north east so it was only in direct sunlight for 2 hours in the morning, the rest of the day was in comfortable shadow. The furniture (including the bed) was comfortable and the TV was unbelievably large. We were able to connect our firestick so we were able to navigate easily."
