Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Um den Schlüssel für das Haus zu bekommen, mussten wir 40 Euro ohne Erstattung bezahlen! Die Garage ist nicht nutzbar, da sie permanent zugeparkt und das Tor nicht zu öffnen ist. Man muss am Ortsrand parken. Die Klimaanlage wärmt nur das Wohnzimmer. Die sog. Heizung ist ein kleiner Heizlüfter. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist zu kalt (undichte Fenster, Zugluft), um es zu nutzen. Die Kirchenglocke läutet auch nachts alle 30 Min. Das zweite Bad existiert nicht, es besteht nur aus einem Waschbecken und einem Klo mit beschädigtem Deckel, eine Dusche ist nicht installiert. In der Küche gibt es zu wenig Geschirr, die Pfannen waren komplett zerkratzt und unbrauchbar. Wir haben mehr als 100 Euro ausgegeben, um die fehlende Ausstattung zu ergänzen und in den mehr als 7 Wochen, die wir dort waren, kochen und frühstücken zu können. Es gab nur ein Geschirrtuch! Schränke, Geräte und Geschirr waren dreckig, wir mussten mehrere Tage putzen. WM und Trockner waren ekelig verdreckt. Wir haben für die lange Zeit trotz wiederholter Mahnung keine Bettwäsche zum Wechseln bekommen. Wir mussten also selber waschen, warten, bis die Waschmaschine durchgelaufen ist und den Trockner anwerfen. Sich an die Agentur Hosticasa zu wenden, macht keinen Sinn. Das führt nur zu endlosem Mailautausch, aber Hilfe kann man nicht erwarten, sondern man ruiniert nur den Urlaub, weil man von dort immer nur hingehalten wird.. Wir werden nie wieder über Hosticasa buchen.
