House located on a private estate with views of the entire La Orotava Valley and the Teide.
It is great for couples, families, and groups.
Perfect place to work in complete connection with nature.
Children will find the perfect place to have fun
      Beautiful place for walkers, the GR 131 (long-distance trail) passes a few meters from the house. You can go horse riding in the area. Perfect for mountain biking and running.

The house is fully equipped
     The area lends itself to long walks on dirt roads between trees, it is great to relax and recharge batteries.
The heat is provided by two closed fireplaces that heats the entire house and electric heating.
Farm full of chestnuts. In the time of chestnuts you can enjoy the taste of these in the wood oven.
You can also enjoy apples, pears, quinces, only guests can take the necessary fruit, depending on the time, the days they are on the farm to enjoy its flavor, etc ..., totally organic.
Every day is a beauty in the place, even the foggy days have their mystery and the photos that come out are wonderful.
In summer you can enjoy the sea of clouds, a unique show.
The walks in the surroundings are endless being able to make walks to different places by nature without cars, or asphalt.
The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with capacity for three people and the third with two single beds and one double bed of 1.40 wide
      It also has two bathrooms, two living rooms, and four different dining areas, inside and outside the house.

A dream stay!

A really special property for those that love being away from it all in nature. Full of charm, gorgeous house with spectacular views. I will warn that you'll want to be a confident driver (preferably with a 4 wheel drive car) to get to the property but outside of that, nothing but bliss!

This unique property offers a beautiful setting with views that will take your breath away. If we had been prepared for the treacherous drive to the home from La Orotova, we would have enjoyed our stay thoroughly despite the fact that the “pool” is really a water feature, the washer does not come with a dryer, and getting groceries involved a 20 minute trip into LaOratova down steep and winding narrow streets. We stayed for 6 nights over New Years Eve and the home was equipped with space heaters, but we were not able to get the one working fireplace going. It was cold, so we bundled up in blankets and enjoyed playing cards and watching the sun rise and set from the rooftop. I think all the negatives can be overlooked if you are someone who enjoys freezing cold showers and washing dishes in cold water. As an American from the US, I truly enjoyed the tranquility and beauty that surrounded La Jara, but the cold showers are the one thing that will keep us from wanting to book here again.

Tolles Haus am Berg

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Ein tolles Haus mit einem richtig schönen Garten. Auch wenn es Nachbarn gibt, bekommt man nicht viel mit und hat es sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr klein, für uns war das aber super. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es abseits an einer nur so mittelmäßig befestigten Straße liegt. Der Weg dort hinauf ist etwas „abenteuerlich“. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass das Haus oft in den Wolken lag, was dann feucht und kalt gewesen ist.

Quelques jours au paradis

Nous sommes enchantés par ce séjour au dessus des nuages de La Orotava. Spectacle magique au coucher de soleil dans une maison soigneusement décorée et un magnifique jardin fleuri et divinement arboré. Nous sommes aussi tombés sous charme du bassin, parfait pour le rafraîchissement et la relaxation. Bravo pour ces créations

EN GENERAL EL ALOJAMIENTO ES MUY BONITO, EN UN LUGAR CON PRECIOSAS VISTAS. ECHAMOS DE MENOS UNA BARBACOHA PERO PENSAMOS QUE SERIA POR EL ENTORNO DONDE ESTÁ SITUADA LA CASA, QUE ES MUY VERDE. LAS CAMAS SON ALGO DURAS Y LA LIMPIEZA EN CUANTO A TELAS DE ARAÑAS EN MUCHOS RINCONES, MOSCAS MUERTAS DEBAJO DE LOS COJINES Y MENAJE QUE TENIA POLVO O NO ESTABA MUY BIEN LAVADO.

Idílico

La casa es preciosa. Muy acogedora y cómoda. Ubicada en un entorno espectacular. Con unas atardeceres maravillosos y un cielo estrellado impresionante. El mar de nubes estuvo presente casi todos los días lo que hacía que pareciera que flotábamos sobre las nubes. Nos enamoramos de la casa y de su entorno.

Kuukausi vanhassa näköalamökissä

Kiinnostuin tästä alunperin vanhasta, loma-asunnoksi muutetusta maalaistalosta kuvien ja sijainnin (1000 m korkeudessa Orotavan laakson metsärajalla) perusteella. Talo oli uudistettu ja lisärakennettu viihtyisäksi loma-asunnoksi, josta upeat näkymät Teidelle ja alas laaksoon. Piha patioineen ja puineen loi rennon ympäristön. Retkeily- ja pyöräilypolut sijaitsivat aivan talon nurkalla. Se oli myös merkittävä peruste paikan valintaan. Ainoa miinus talolle oli se, että Benijosin kylästä sinne pääsi vain jyrkkää, huonokuntoista "kärrytietä" pitkin. Ilman autoa kauppamatkoista ei olisi tullut mitään. Talon isäntäväki ja heidän apulaisensa olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Kaikki haluamamme järjestyi ongelmitta ja nopeasti. Viestivälineenä toimi what's up lähes päivittäin. Lisäksi puutarhuri kävi usein varmistamassa, että kaikki toimi. Meitä oli parhaimmillaan kolme perhepiiripariskuntaa paikalla. Tila ja tekniikka riitti kaikille hyvin - myös yhdelle etätyötä tekevälle. Keittiö- ja kylpyhuonetilat vastasivat paikallista tasoa ja riittivät meille hyvin. Keittiön uunissa vaimoni paistoi herkkuleipiä ja muuta suussa sulavaa. Talon retrohenkinen sisustus oli mukava ja viihtyisyyttä luova. Pääsimme nauttimaan myös isäntäväen puutarhan hedelmistä sekä ohjauksesta ensimmäiselle pyöräretkelle. Luontoa, retkeilyä ja tilaa arvostavallle omatoimijalle paikka ja talo on maino tukikohta ja lepopaikka omassa rauhassa. Auto on kuitenkin käytännössä lähes välttämätön sijainnin ja jyrkän rinteen vuoksi.
