"The valet parking was very helpful as was the bellman. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, very good variety. Also being shuttled to the concert was a plus. "

"Stayed here on a Saturday night and we arrived at 2:45 and were told we would be able to check in right at 3, wasn’t an issue at all we knew we were early. At 3:10, we finally got up to the check in desk (there were about 30 people waiting) and were told it would be a while before we could check in. We were previously told 3, so we had dinner reservations at 4 and the concert started at 5:15. Finally got into our hotel at 3:50 and they only had one lady checking everyone in, who was super nice just unfortunately her managers didn’t ensure there were more people to help on a busy night. When we got into our room, it clearly was not cleaned very well. There were pieces of trash all over and long hairs stuck to the shower. The floors in the bathroom had hair all over them also. The toilet also had clearly not been cleaned. The place was sold out, so I’m not sure why they didn’t ensure enough cleaners. Breakfast was okay. Definitely would not recommend staying here though. We missed our dinner reservations and had a dirty room. "

"Our stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. The hotel staff were great, especially Jerome, who kindly offered to move us to another room when ours felt uncomfortably warm at 79.3°F. That level of service was appreciated. However, the parking situation was a major downside. The property only offers limited on site parking through valet service at $49USD/night. Street parking is restricted to just 2 hours, which made things very inconvenient. Since we stayed for 4 days, valet would have cost an additional $200USD on top of our reservation, so we chose not to use it. Had we known this in advance, we would have considered a different hotel with a self parking option on site. Our first night was particularly stressful because of parking, and room temperature. We also stayed for 4 days w/o any housekeeping service, even though it was stated on the mirror that it would be provided after 2 days. Additionally, whenever housekeeping was cleaning nearby rooms, the noise was quite disruptive. There was a lot of loud banging from equipment and items being moved around. Breakfast was also repetitive, with the same options served throughout the weekdays. Another challenge we encountered was the lack of accessible, familiar comfort food options nearby or around the downtown area, which made dining less convenient during our stay. Overall, while the staff were friendly and helpful, there are several areas that could be improved. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cozy and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that there was only 1 pod each of coffee, decaf & tea for in the room. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property and rooms are beautiful! Check-in was very slow with a long line. Employees were not able to answer questions and breakfast service was very slow. We also were unable to get hot water in the shower."
