Booked to stay here via Hotels.com. All confirmed only to arrive and state the booking had been cancelled, not by me, but by OYO, the day before who only advised hotels.com, not myself. But strangely they still had a room, at £70.00 more than agreed . Ended up agreeing, wish we hadn’t. Large family room, but tired. Beds were rather hard. Location was good for what we had planned, but won’t be going back or booking an OYO again. Pre ordered breakfast as that’s how they do it with time slot, only to wait another 30 mins to arrive. Better value accommodation out there. Avoid.

The Templeton Garden was a good pick for us. Good location, restaurants and stores nearby and Earl's Court Tube station. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom and maybe nothing could be done about it. The doors (shower, main) were so tight to each other you had to be skinny to get to the toilet. But the sink, shower and toilet were fine. Slept well in a fairly large room. Cleanliness in an issue, stained rug, didn't change sheets. Bar was great, service otherwise was spotty. Beautiful location but just had issues.
