"Diego was very friendly and helpful. He did a superb job of running the house practically single handed. The breakfast was delicious and the drinks at the bar were served so well. Lovely fresh beer and wine. The cleaning staff worked very hard too- nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the spa too. "A former convent that has been carefully and tastefully designed providing modern rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only suggestion for improvement would be to monitor housekeeping performance (e.g. ensuring lights in working order, shampoo bottle in shower refilled when empty, amenities for 2 people if a double room is selected). Location should be better described (i.e. Albino in the outskirts of Bergamo a good 10+ km away from the city centre."
