Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included. Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.

The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (174 reviews)
"Very well presented modern hotel, situated between two tram stops on the T1 Line. It appears construction of a stop outside the hotel is at an advanced stage, and that would be ideal. While waiting for our room we explored the Chorus Life facilities and had lunch at GNAM. This was a popular area ..."
