"Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Genoa, with almost everything within walking distance. Great architecture and museums. Hotel staff were outstanding."

"The hotel was great and the room clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was good, with the ocean directly in front of the hotel across the street. Several places to eat close by and lots to see in walking distance. The only negative was a strange bathroom lay out with the toillette boxed in by the shower stall. I would certainly recommend it for a stay near Genoa."

"One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The location is excellent; about 5 minutes walk from train station and very quiet! The lobby/lounge is like stepping back in time to classy 40’s. Excellent restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was lovely; comfortable bed, sheets and fabulous towels. We also had a massage when we first arrived being we had been traveling prior to Genoa and I had an excellent lymphatic drainage massage. Fantastic! Trains took us to Rapello for a boat tour to less traveled Italian Riviera villages. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!"

"The hotel is very modern with clean rooms and great staff. Full buffet breakfast and located near a metro stop for conveniently getting around."

"I usually do not write reviews. But my stay here left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and is super well located. Inside though, it has a very creepy feeling and the staff just felt off. As a young woman traveling for me is scary by itself. It did not help that while I was trying to take a shower, a man tried to break into my room and was banging my door down. I called the emergency service in the hotel and by the time they came the man was gone and therefore nothing was done. It might sound dramatic but this was definitely a traumatizing experience. If you are a solo traveler, I wouldn’t recommend."
