I had to drop off the luggage one day before checking in. They were very organized and kept my luggage for a day before putting it in my room for me."

"Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"
