"If I could rate this hotel higher than 10, I absolutely would. We arrived at 7am after an overnight bus and, to our surprise, our room was ready less than an hour later. The super early check-in was so appreciated after a long journey. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of options, and the coffee was some of the best we had in Peru. Our room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the giant spa bath was the perfect way to relax after trekking for 7 days. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It’s filled with beautiful plants, artwork and charming spaces that create such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We also booked the private spa for an hour in the evening, and it was well worth the USD $17 per person. Having exclusive access to the sauna, cold plunge pool and hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. I would genuinely return to Arequipa just for the opportunity to stay here again."

"I enjoyed my stay at Casa Andina Premium very much. I arrived a little early, but they let me check in anyway, which was very appreciated after a long flight. The front desk staff were helpful and kind. My room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Juan was exceptionally helpful, showing me on the hotel map how to get to various points of interest and making excellent recommendations for restaurants. He made sure that any of my questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the courtyard of the hotel was beautiful. I really was a wonderful stay."
