The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the village center, where you’ll find many bars, restaurants, and the ferry dock. It’s the perfect setting to experience all the charm of Lake Como.



The space features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a long sofa, and large panoramic windows overlooking Lake Como. The sleeping area includes a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds and a spacious double bedroom, also with air conditioning.



There are two bathrooms: a smaller one with a washing machine and a larger one for extra comfort during your stay. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the view.



Access to the apartment is via a short uphill path. For cars with low clearance, free parking spaces are available just before the slope.
