"This is truely a splendid location to enjoy the Brenne's amazing rich nature: red deer, wild boar, red fox, a great number of bird species. They can all be seen around the house and in the etang and forest in the 'backgarden' of the beautiful house."

The location is set in acres of stunning scenery, yet you aren’t far from bakeries, butchers and supermarkets etc.. It is next to a retail park , cheap fuel available at carrefour. There are several fast food restaurants nearby. It’s a real bargain "
