Fab breakfast buffet, range of food in evening buffet is good however the food is not kept hot enough Generally around the resort the staff were good but we found reception staff to be curt and not giving you the greeting you would expect when checking in at this type of resort Hotel offered live music each night in the main bar Hotel car park is far too small for hotel and most parking is along a unpaved road past the hotel"

"I would give this hotel a 9/10. Me and my partner did a week here and we both loved it. However, I would say, if you're planning on something a bit more peaceful, I would say this place isn't for you. That's purely down to the fact there are a lot of babies & children. However, the hotel does have a lovely adults only pool. They also have another hotel a bit further up the road that is adults only."

"very well maintained property, always clean everywhere including the room. amazing dinner & breakfast daily as we chose them as a package. besides there isn't many restaurants around so it was a great idea that we chose the package. it's situated in the best spot in Cala Vincent in my opinion. peaceful surroundings with amazing mountain & sea view. respectful staff & guests made it relaxing & quiet vacation there. there is always one bad apple every place but the rest of the staff there were good enough to compensate it. if you happen to get a room right above the lobby area like we did first, you might be bothered by the concrete area covered by astroturf in front of your balcony, also seemed to be designed for handicap guests with some odd set up for regular guests. it was a surprise for us in contrast to the rest of the property which is well balanced with the nature with natural, upscale materials but they moved us to a different room with better view per our request. overall it is an upscale pleasant property with nice staff in best location. we will be happy to go back."

"I have stayed at this hotel 6 times now. It’s in an ideal setting if you want to be away from the main tourist thoroughfare. The rooms are well presented but starting to show their age a little. The hotel is under new management and it would be nice to see some of the ageing and damaged furniture replaced. The staff are amazing. Nothing is to much trouble and they always have a smile on their face. Parking around the hotel is limited owing to new hotels opening in the area however, you can routinely park no more than a 5mins walk away."
