"My only issues was the ventilation in the bathroom ran constantly. It was very annoying I closed the bathroom door to drown out the noise and it helped. Wish it was tied into a switch that you could control. "

"Staff was not helpful at all, rooms are not restocked with towels daily. Asked for towels from room service and she said she couldn’t give me any even though she had a cart full of them. Front desk was not helpful either! Pretty basic hospitality request. "

"Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel and great price. The rooms are gorgeous and it feels like a hidden gem in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. However, I was staying while recovering from surgery and the parking lot was very hectic. I was told by staff I could park in an electric car spot, but later another employee told me I couldn’t and was not understanding about my situation. Later I missed a large step at the entrance and fell hard on the knee I just had surgery on and hit my face, breaking my Prada sunglasses. Staff did bring ice and offered dinner, but considering I had to extend my stay two days because of the fall, I don’t feel like enough was done. "

"No, it was terrible. My family and I checked out early.security doors broken. We were switched into 3 rooms because rooms were dirty. Hair in the bed/ pillow. Sheets didn't look the best. Splatters on the ceiling. Door lock wasn't working to our room. We decided not to have breakfast, because the room was dirty. I didn't trust the idea of eating anything there "

"The house was clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. The neighborhood was convenient to Schaumburg and Arlington heights had a cute downtown with easy train access. The decor was very well done and the set up worked very well for my family, my brothers family and my mom. The hot tub was also warm on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the house and wished we could have stayed another night "
