"Horrible. Will never stay at ANY of their properties. Mold in shower, no shower gel/soap, toilet seat looked like it was shot up with a shotgun, tv didn’t work, elevators took forever to go up 5 floors, beds are concrete, pillows might have had 6 feathers in it. They should close this property."

"The website said this property was renovated in 2023. I think 1973 would be more accurate. Very very outdated and very very dirty. We left due to mold in bathroom that was so bad my husband, who has asthma, couldn't breathe. The paint is peeling, the carpet was sticky, the furniture was stained and chipped, the AC units were falling off the walls, wallpaper growing mold. It was awful. We booked the suite expecting a comfortable experience. It was a nightmare. We left early,"

"We had a wonderful stay! We were moving our daughter to the area from TN and the proximity to IKEA, Costco and Homegoods was amazing for our needs. The hotel itself was exceptional. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was even a small table we could eat our Giordano’s at when we finally arrived at the end of a long moving day. 😊 We loved the breakfast provided as well….an extensive variety of options and the muffins were fresh and bakery quality. Many options in the area but definitely choose this one. We will again!"

"I would never stay here again and hopefully nobody else does it is over priced and very cheap looking and nothing really works damn tub does drain correctly you can see patch work in tha walls beds are cheap and ragged all I can say if it was 50 dollars a night that is more acceptable for what you get but I hope they shut them down and tear it down"
