"We enjoyed our stay at the home immensely. The layout was perfect for us - providing plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We spent lots of time in the family room, enjoying the fireplace and many windows to the lush backyard. The hot tub was all ready for our visit - clean and warm - and much appreciated! We used the kitchen extensively to cook during our stay and found it well stocked. The manager was very responsive to us, and we also spoke with several of the friendly neighbors in the community. There are nice places to walk in the neighborhood and the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve is very close by. It was a beautiful place to visit. Guerneville is small and quaint but has everything you need, in terms of groceries and other supplies. We didn't eat anywhere locally, but took a great day trip to Healdsburg, where we visited Marine Layer winery and Bravas Bar de Tapas - both of which were wonderful."

"Well equipped kitchen for Thanksgiving! Loved having two fridges and two dishwashers!! The weather was too cold to take advantage of the pool but the grounds were lovely and so was the hot tub!! "

At the end of each day of hiking and wine sippiong we loved sitting out on the deck with the fire pit and hot tub. It was so relaxing! Communication with the host was easy and the check-in experience was seamless. "
