My whole stay was excellent. The room was great and very clean. The staff were awesome.....Monica at the front desk was seriously the best person in that role that I have met in my frequent travels. They need to clone her for every hotel :) Sajeda was also great when I checked out.

Let’s start with the down side. You have to drag your luggage up a few steps to get into the hotel. But who cares? This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location near everything you want to see and do. The breakfast is terrific with a huge selection. But what really made our stay is the service ...
