The open kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. A shower and toilet are conveniently located on this floor, and the entire level is heated with floor heating.

Upstairs, you will discover two additional bedrooms, one with two beds and a shower/toilet, and another with two beds.
