The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There are 4 thermostats that control A/C and central heat (Upstairs; main floor; downstairs - primary bedroom room & Cub Cave). Please turn them all to 'off' when you leave.
Upon leaving, make sure fire coals have burned down and the door is closed. DO NOT add water into the wood stove. DO NOT remove hot ashes - they are safest in stove with a closed door.
Leave the 2 lanyard sets with garage door opener hanging in entry way. Use the lock box set to lock the cabin. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
