"Upon arrival, our key cards did not work to access our room, so we were moved to another room. The TV did not work in the room, and the manager tried to come up and rectify the problem, but claimed it was the weather. The fitness room was unusable as the AC unit was broken and it was too hot to exercise. There were no towels, hand sanitizer overboard in the fitness room. There was a dead cockroach in the lobby women’s restroom and no paper towels. The toilet tank took five minutes to refill. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. Due to all of these issues, the manager did comp us one night, but we would not return."

"We booked a two night stay for graduation weekend. There was no hot water in the hotel. I called front desk the first night and was told it was a problem with the entire hotel. This was false. Our friends on the first floor had hot water. We were on the third floor. Second day, I was told it was just a problem that was supposed to be fixed but wasn't yet. The front desk staff took my number for management to contact me. They did not."

"Amazing stay in nature. Love the fire supplies provided and the coffee was tasty. The s'more's kit was an added treat. Everything was lovely especially the setting in the middle of nature. Great fire pit and when you lay in bed you just see the trees in the woods. It just was amazing. It might be nicer if there was a blackout area where you can see the stars, and if there was an extra blanket, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Great communication with the host. Absolutely amazing stay."

"Beautiful area and perfectly adequate. The property is a bit run-down, the room smelled musty, and the beds were not comfortable. Appreciated that it was pet-friendly and the breakfast was delicious!"
