"The only reason I give this a 3 star is because the shower soaps weren't full or nearly full so the morning when I was getting ready for work at 4am. I did run out of shampoo and body wash. Maybe 4 pumps of each. "

"Non-Smoking rooms were smoky. Burns in the sheets and shower curtains. No towels or maid service. Could not get towels at night due to the front desk not having the keys to the laundry room. Mold on our shower already. Terrible water pressure, barely able to wash hands. The door would not fully close. The front desk was no help in booking or adding on rooms prior to visit. When asked for new/more towels (3 guest paid for 1 towel in room) We were told to walk down to the laundry room and exchange them ourselves. The area/other people staying were loud at night. Screaming and yelling. Lots of homeless people are sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Will never stay there again. NO REFUNDS, even if you don't feel comfortable in the room. "

"We booked this hotel because it had a pool and a jacuzzi and none of those were available when we got there. Front end person said blames it on the owner. Also we are a family of 5 and had a room with two queen beds plus the sofa bed. Sofa mattress was disgusting and had metal inside the mattress. Could not sleep at all. Terrible experience. "

"Family friendly.. Staff was nice… Only suggestion is if they can open the hall way windows so there can be some kind of ventilation and the hotel won’t smell in closed "

"A few things I was not happy with: Asked if we could check in a little early and we would pay….was told no, not at all or be charged another day, 2) no hairdryer or iron , I asked for iron and told no at first….but then was told they had one and they needed my id to use it, It wasn’t bad, it was clean……but I won’t stay there again…."

"Area was sketchy and the toilet was disgusting and smelled. Light by the sink didn’t work"

"The lady at the front desk booked me into a room, handed me the key.. As we walk in there was another persons personal items on the bed.. I walk out and tell her what happened. She walked away for a few minutes the handed me back the key and proceeded to say the room is all good now. Not only is that beyond unsanitary, but the lack of knowledge as to what customers are aware was the worst part because what if somebody walked in on me, I then told her I would not be going back into the same room and she told me I can get another room with two beds, but will be charged more…. I then asked for a refund for evil night and a male came up to the window and said I should get a refund in a few days if not call Expedia…. The absolute worst and unsanitary experience I have ever had and I will never be going back there. Nobody should ever go there either, and I still have not received my refund to add on top of this. Worst Valentine’s Day ever."
