"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"

"A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees that can be easily avoided by simply booking directly with the property. VRBO provides no value for these fees, they are an unnecessary middleman. "

"Search for Case Viacanze Risoino in GPS to find it! Great base for San Gimignano, Volterro and Monteriggioni!The pool wasn’t opened yet due to late Spring but it also wasn’t very accessible from our apartment.The rooms were comfortable, though there was only one queen bed, but we knew that going into the rental. Refreshing patio area.Apartment looks just as pictured, no false advertising. Sturdy, secure doors! Constantin was a pleasure to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
