"Staff were great! They allowed me to park my motorcycle in their garage. The breakfast was appropriate and staff friendly. My concerns were that the hotel room was very old and dated. The bathroom was not that clean and there was no air conditioning (it was very hot). The staff alone are worth staying there. "

"We didn't get the e-mail with the codes to the doors. The wifi doesn't connect to the internet. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The place lokks abandoned from the inside. The room wasclean when we arrived. The inside of the place looks nice. "

"Lovely place and very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the bar/lunch area.
The check-in process was flawless and very detailed, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are traditional yet it feels modern. Everything was clean and well kept.
Opportunity to improve on reception’s English and not profiting from guests on Taxis rip off, if booking from the hotel. "

"A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees that can be easily avoided by simply booking directly with the property. VRBO provides no value for these fees, they are an unnecessary middleman. "

"This is a lovely village and an exceptional house. The kitchen was large and cool as it was on the bottom floor. The garden was a delight and we spent many hours dining al fresco sipping local wine. One caution is if you do not like stairs, this might not be your best location for you as there is a flight of stairs from the bedroom on the top floor to the main bathroom on the second floor and another flight to the kitchen. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed this accommodation. It was my partner's favorite of our entire 3 week trip. "
