"We had a very pleasant stay here. The property is a rustic charm with flowers right outside our bedroom window, a big italian country style kitchen to prepare our meals. A place to live like the locals. It is peaceful, and surrounded by the beautiful tuscan hills. You can see at a distance the home on the hill in the movie "Gladiator". The host made us feel welcomed. It was the perfect place to unwind and experience the true charm of the region. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as a couple and would love to return!"

"The hotel was beautiful maintained and a very convenient location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about. The breakfast was average, too many sweet dessert choices for my taste, but there were eggs and and a nice yogurt bar. The pool area looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person but the pool itself was nice and refreshing. They could have furnished the pool area nicer considering the area we were in! The staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was very convenient with lots of parking and it was very clean."

"As worldwide users of VRBO we look for unique properties. Lorenzo our host was very communicative and helpful. His mother Roberts and a family member welcomed us on arrival. The property was clean, spacious with 3 bedrooms and gathering spaces indoor and an outdoor garden space. The charm of the village carried into the apartment for a perfect stay. We would not hesitate to stay again."

"Monticchiello as a place is fantastic with great shops and restaurants. The people of the village are so friendly and welcoming. It is the best place to visit in all of Italy. The accomodation was five star and it became our home for fifteen days. Futura and family are the best hosts so thank you for making our stay the most memorable of our six week stay in Italy.
