It is nestled within the outdoor adventure capital of North Wales, that is the Snowdonia National Park. Snowdonia is an area of exceptional natural beauty making this property a perfect location for your Welsh holiday experience. This magnificent holiday home has been renovated to an exceptional standard, creating luxury accommodation ideal for families or a large group of friends. The upside-down layout is cleverly thought out to enhance your experience of the views surrounding the property. The contemporary kitchen is very well equipped along with an open plan dining area seating for up to 10 guests, a perfect spot to gather as a family or for entertaining. Stepping into the living room you will be met by a beautiful double sided wood burner. On those clear evenings the underfloor heating throughout the house will ensure you stay warm and cosy. The living room itself has plenty of seating for everyone, and a Smart Flatscreen TV.
Down the stairs you will find three bedrooms, another with a kingsize bed and en-suite. Plus, two more with super kingsize beds that can be separated into full size twin beds if you prefer, to accommodate your group size. The family bathroom has high quality fixtures and fittings, with the choice of a luxury bath or walk-in shower. As a bonus, you will find a large games room on this floor, complete with a Smart 4k TV and PlayStation 3, as well as a multi game table providing pool, hockey and table tennis. There’s a day bed and trundle offering the two additional beds should you need to sleep ten. This room also provides the laundry facilities including a washer/drier, additional sink, an extra fridge and storage space.
Outside of Hafarn Yr Haul is a beautiful garden with two patio areas, one being outside the master bedroom with a small table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The second larger patio area has a 4-burner gas barbecue, an opportunity to dine al fresco whilst taking in the stunning views. There is access to the outdoor storage, providing a place for bikes or sports gear after a day out of adventures. For those who like to explore, the Mawddach Trail is on your doorstep. The former railway line, now a coastal path, takes you towards the seaside town of Barmouth or Welsh market town of Dolgellau. If you’re looking for something more adventurous, Coed y Brenin outdoor centre has some epic trails with breath-taking scenery.
With plenty of walks to explore, including the Torrent Walk and Precipice Walk, make sure to pack your walking boots. Perhaps take on the challenge of climbing one of finest mountains in Wales, Cader Idris. The coastline is within a couple of miles, where you can spend your days on the sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey or travel a little further to popular Bala Lake. Further afield is Portmaerion, an enchanting Italianate style village on the coast of North Wales, ideal for a day out. Being in Snowdonia, Snowdon is also a necessary visit when in the local area.
