Apple Tree Barn is a modern two-bedroom retreat surrounded by open fields and stunning rural views. This property is listed here by Inspire Stays dot com, the leading independent Sussex holiday company. Visit us direct for full info about this home, including accessibility and a video tour.
The accommodation is spread over the first floor of the barn and accessed via an outside staircase, in a peaceful and private position. The open-plan living space features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a lovely farmhouse dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with a tabletop oven, two hobs and a fridge. Through a beautiful open doorway, the master bedroom offers a cosy nook for couples. A light, bright shower room with countryside views awaits next to the master bedroom. The second bedroom provides privacy on the other side of the entrance hall. Outside, a large balcony offers panoramic southerly views - a perfect spot for meals at any time of day.

Apple Tree Barn sits tucked away off a quiet lane near Walberton, just a short walk into the village where you will find a traditional pub and a local shop. There are several other great pubs and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive, plus Chichester, Arundel, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis just 5 or 6 miles away where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops. A wide range of large supermarkets can be found in Chichester, Littlehampton and Bognor. There are some lovely countryside walks from the door, plus access to the South Downs and the beaches very close by.
Nearby sights, attractions and day trips include Arundel Castle and Cathedral, Arundel WWT, Slindon Estate, Amberley Castle, Parham House, Tangmere Military Aviation Museum, Chichester Festival Theatre, Goodwood, Fontwell Park Racecourse, Butlins Bognor Regis.

- Pets: A maximum of 1 well-behaved dog is allowed at a cost of GBP25 per week or part week. If the charge is not taken by this platform we will contact you after booking to arrange.
- Search online and contact us direct for stays over 21 nights (we cannot administrate these via this platform).
- A security deposit of GBP150 is a condition of booking, if not taken by this platform we will contact you after booking to arrange.
- Once you have placed your booking request, before we can process your booking we will require some simple additional information such as postal address, direct email and guest details. Please do not book if you are unable to provide this, as we cannot offer a refund on this basis.
- Arrival and departure times are clearly stated. As our properties can be booked right up until the last minute, we are unable to confirm early check-in or late check-out requests until 24-72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Should you prefer to guarantee any such request now, please add an additional night to the start and/or end of your booking.
- Top tip: Adding another night or two may only cost a little extra, or sometimes nothing at all! This is a great way to add some flexibility to your stay (please let us know if you plan to arrive the day after your start date).
- Kitchen facilities: tabletop oven with grill and 2 electric hobs, 2 additional electric countertop hobs, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer box, kettle, toaster, cafetiere.
- Iron, ironing board, 1 hairdryer provided.
- Free private parking on the driveway next to the barn, with space for 2 cars. Please note access is quite narrow and there is a bump over a ramp, contact us if you have a very large or low car.
- One infant up to age 2 is welcome in addition to the total guest capacity of this property. 1 travel cot (please bring bedding) and 1 highchair are available on advance request.
- The balcony and surrounding area are not enclosed, please always supervise children and dogs when outside.
