Fabulous hotel, all staff were really helpful and friendly, it was impeccably clean, facilities were excellent. We went with our grandchildren and we all had an no amazing time.

This property is really quite tired - in our room the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were a lot of scuff marks and general wear and tear that hadn't been 'maintained'. The bed was very uncomfortable - it appeared to be a pull-out bed on wheels and even the slightest knock sent it wobbling. We had to move it because of a spider and the dust behind it made me gag. I wouldn't recommend this place as a place to stay - we were only there for 1 night thankfully. Staff were friendly and check in was good.

Wonderful building, shame outside pool closed as this was why I returned here. I had a very good Sunday lunch, breakfasts were ok only. I had a 2 bed suite, which smelled a bit musty. Very “tired” furniture and stained carpets. Windows had black mould on paintwork. Main bedroom once had access to balcony, this is now locked off, double doors in bad condition. Pool facilities good inside. Pleasant staff throughout. However I wouldn’t stay here again, it was expensive, and very run-down.

Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Stayed in one of the two bedroom suites & heard no outside noise at all which made for a good nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options. Yes the hotel needs updating in some areas but I wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Lovely but a bit creaky!

Lovely quaint country manor type hotel with lovely grounds and seating areas. Nice food and drink selection and a fairly nice pool area. Just the pillows - bring your own!

Relaxing stay in grand hotel.

Very nice stay here at a gorgeous building. Friendly staff, immaculate grounds and very good facilities. We paid an excellent rate too and breakfast was nice and varied. We would stay again.
