"Good location opposite train stain and train station parking. Parking opposite doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel but hotel helps in a small way via QR CODE to organise payment. Day rate parking is only until 4am not 6 or 8am which is annoying. Hotel had great breakfast choices. Complimentary lemon water near reception "

"Lovely hotel, great staff, lovely see view, would defently stay again, only thing was the floor boards in are room was squeeky through the whole room and 2 floor boards underneath the toilet was moving the toilet. Room was hot but had a fan in the room."

The spa facilities were stunning and my treatment was relaxing and professional. I would highly recommend and would definitely return."

"Second visit. Not as good as the first, the upkeep needs to be kept up. The room we had was too close to the elevator machinery which detracted from the otherwise very comfortable room. The pool was loved by the kids. The bar was fine. "

"The hotel is in DESPERATE need of refurbishment. It’s incredibly run-down. The carpets are in a state in the communal areas a bedrooms and the whole place just needs work - drafty windows, peeling paint, scruffy furniture. But the building is lovely, the rooms are spacious and they are SUPER welcoming of dogs. The fridge was missing from our room, and the swimming pool is also needing some work. The bar food is a lot of frozen stuff, and not very nice. Think Weatherspoons. Breakfast buffet is good though. So much potential there, grounds are wonderful. Location great. Just needs a good clean and decorating! "
