This beautiful villa offers accommodation combining the luxury of having large spaces, private pool and Jacuzzi bath tub, with the comfort of being extremely close to Porto Cervo city center.


It takes just few minutes walking to reach Porto Cervo Piazzetta where all the most beautiful boutiques and restaurants are located, as well as the breathtaking walk along porto vecchio (old marina) where the biggest yachts of the world are frequently docked.


The property features a total of 4 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 10 guests:


Main villa with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Annex (next to the villa, access from the same garden) with one bedroom, one sofa bed in living room, and one bathroom. Additional kitchenette also available in the annex.


The villa features a large living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace.
