全体的に良いサービス
岩盤浴が500円で使えるのは凄くいいと思います。　岩盤浴のフロアにお手洗いがないのは残念。 宿泊者用にコーヒーも飲めますが　カプチーノ等バラエティがあるともっと良いと思いました。

Amazing onsen and breakfast
Really happy with our stay. The onsen had a lot of pool options with various water temperatures. The facilities were really clean and well stocked with supplies. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing and a highlight of our trip. Will definitely be looking to book a stay with the same hotel chain in the future!

Great choice for Asahikawa
A very good and modern hotel with easy access if you are driving. Walking distance to train station and restaurants. All facilities are modern and excellent. The onsen is also very nice and clean

The hotel is overall nice and the Onsen is fantastisk; but the staff not very nice when I tried to change my room from given one (room 308) with a window blocked by ventilation equipment and hence no light coming into the room - succeeded in the end, but very unpleasant discussion with staff!!! Further; the hotel and restaurant was overcrowded with families and kids.

Great stay!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. As our primary goal was to enjoy the hot springs the hotel offered, we were really impressed by the experience we had from the hot springs they had. It was cleaner and bigger than we expected, with stone spa options (available for 500 ten) as well. The room was nice and comfortable and the breakfast spread was good. The hotel was located a couple of minutes away from the train station, which was a plus for day trips and buying food back from the mall nearby. Altogether a wonderful experience!

Best hotel experience in Japan
This hotel has amazing service. I left my luggage at 10am with reception since checkin time was 3pm.. I got back at 330pm and they passed me the key and said my luggages are in the room! The hotel has the best spa facilities I've been too. It's free for hotel guests and opened till midnight daily. It has various indoor and outdoor pools fed with hot springs. The hotel breakfast is worth waking up too.. A bargain at ¥1200 yen.. Wide array of traditional Japanese breakfast.. Including raw sashimi in rice bowl.. Plus curries and assorted real juices and smoothies. Best value breakfast ever.
