"amazing room but the thought of using the same shampoo, body and hand wash as whoever else stayed theres is slightly gross but i guess whos gonna tamper with soap. it was a little confusing checking in as no one emailed me with the code to get inside but luckily someone was walking in as we were walking to the door. it was a very beautiful hotel i didnt want to leave, i might stay here every time i come to visit my family and its such an easy walk to broadway. the snacks sold there are kinda expensive but thats a given."

"My room was adequate, nothing special - could use an update, as everything was older. The bed was ok, gave a good number of pillows, which was nice! Shower had the cold/hot flipped waited a while for the water to warm up and then tried it differently and it worked. The AC was not loud, so I had to shut it off when sleeping. I didn't try the breakfast or pool. I needed to store my luggage there as I didn't fly out until later in the day, found it odd that the staff just gave me a key card to let myself into the storage room with everyone's stuff, thankfully nothing was taken but it didn't seem secure. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had popcorn in the lobby in the afternoon. Three free drinks per night. Free dinner and breakfast. Location was super close to Broadway. We will be back!"

"During our stay there was a fire alarm. There was no hotel supervision. If there had been a real fire people would have gotten hurt."
