"The room was clean, well setup even during the winter storm when they were short on cleaning staff.
The check-in was great and the staff member had a lot of patience as the line was long and some people were a bit rough on him due to the stormy conditions outside. "

"This hotel is a gem! Easy, flat walk to Broadway. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the river and downtown. The bed was comfy and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided as well as coffee, tea, small dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand towel. Washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again!!"
