The front desk staff was amazing! Between phone calls and face to face interaction the day of our check in, all of the staff I spoke with were kind and helpful! The room was amazing, the pool area was the perfect retreat on a cold day and the breakfast was incredible.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was phenomenal. Our room was beautiful and spotless. The entire staff was gracious and professional. Free Happy had great drinks and abundant snacks of great variety. The free breakfast, with made to order omelets was the perfect way to start our days in Nashvillle and so many options. We give this hotel 5 Stars!! The location is also the best. This will be our Nashville choice from now on.
