"Such a peaceful little place, very comfortable. Excellent when traveling with a pet, big fenced yard and squirrels. Richard and Ginger are great hosts, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable."

"Great property! Perfect for a large family or group. Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We ended up washing all the sheets, sweeping all the floors and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen after we checked in. The WiFi stopped working on the last day. All was communicated to the owner but got no response on the WiFi issue. The owner offered to send the cleaning crew again the next day but we had already cleaned everything so it was not needed. "

Cute house, private, quiet area except for some barking dogs occasionally from nearby... overall, a very satisfying experience and I would recommend it to friends. Only 1 suggestion is for a small TV in the bedroom...."

"I really like that it had a fenced yard for the dogs. It was nice to have a pool. I never got in but my son and his girlfriend did. It was clean and I’m pretty picky. A lot of places I have to do some cleaning before I feel comfortable. It was close to the restaurants and stores. We drove over to Cape San Blas to go to the ocean. It was a really nice place overall. "
