"Check in was easy. The entire duplex was setup perfectly. The kitchen was setup for easy food preparation during our stay. The location was close to downtown restaurants and convenient to boat launch, etc. The property had space for our vehicle as well as our boat. An excellent place to stay. Thanks "

"Pelicans Post was perfect for our family of four last minute weekend getaway! Richard was beyond welcoming and helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The kids loved catching lizards in the yard and fish in the Bay and the Gulf! Location was awesome, just a couple blocks from downtown and the Bay. The house and yard are well maintained, and parking is optimal and allows room for boat parking as well. We will definitely choose Pelicans Post in the future!"

"The Crab Shack was a perfect place for a lovely get away! The accommodations were so nice. We enjoyed the quick drive to various beaches during the day, and to stroll to the downtown area for dinner and fun in the evening! The recommendations that were shared with us were fantastic!"

"We moved in and enjoyed a little time at the beach. Then we had dinner and played games. Friday was a birthday for a 6 year old and we had fun at the beach and then watching the birthday girl open presents. Then went to Port St Jo for dinner at Sister's Bistro. We did lots more beach time on Saturday. The only unfortunate event was the swing falling down. I am sure you will be fixing or removing the swing."

"Staying at the Hanger House was great! Before check-in, I had a couple of questions and Bud was quick to respond. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs. It had plenty of handsoap, dishwashing detergent and papertowels. There was plenty of toliet paper in the bathroom and the owner even has shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower. Many rentals through a rental company do not supply enough of these items and it really helps make a vacation much easier when you dont have to worry about these items. The house was in a great location....a very quiet neighborhood, and close to many things. There was easy access to a waterhose to wash items off after a trip to the beach. I think the only single thing I would add would be a nightlight for the kids room. We've been coming to the area for 7 years and this was one of the best homes we have stayed in. Kuddos to Bud (included a photo of one of the our favorite relaxing place on the porch!)"

"This home in Port St. Joe was truly one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. We were traveling with our two granddaughters—ages 2 years and a newborn—for their first beach getaway and wanted a peaceful, family-friendly spot that still offered a vacation feel. This property exceeded all our expectations.The view from the spacious front porch was stunning at every hour, especially at sunset—definitely a highlight for all of us. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen featured quality appliances and dishes—not the typical rental-grade supplies.Our older kids (ages 23, 21, and 18) made great use of the firepit on the back deck, and we were blown away by how thoughtfully stocked the house was. Everything we needed was already there, plus some delightful extras—like a bin filled with toys that kept our toddler entertained throughout the week!We’re so grateful for a wonderful stay and are already planning our next trip. We’d absolutely love the chance to return to this gem in Port St. Joe."
