"We loved our stay! The location is perfect. You have close access to Port St. Joe, the Cape, and Apalachicola. It easily housed two center console boats plus an extra car. The home was very clean, spacious, and provided all amenities needed. Though we brought our own, there was a dog kennel provided which I really liked. The views on the back and front porch were great! You can watch the sun rise and set each day. The yard had zero ants so no worries for your feet or fur babies. "

"Very disappointed. The house is beautiful and great location. Unfortunately. the house was not built to handle the Florida heat. The top floor bedroom (nicest one in the house) could not be used because it remained over 80 degrees. The ac could not cool the bedroom/bathroom. The 3rd floor was extremely warm as well. Maintenance staff installed 2 window units on 3rd floor but could not install on 4th floor - no windows. We spent a lot of money but did not get what we paid for. "

"We just love this place. It’s our second time staying here. A great respite after a rough year and the passing off my father. So quiet and peaceful with no crowds or noise. The fridge door doesn’t close tight and is kind of small but just fine. The bbq needed a cleaning but also no biggie. Will come again as this has become our favorite place so far. "

"Stayed for the weekend due to a wedding that we were attending in the area. Wonderful home and had all things we needed for our short stay. The neighborhood was perfect and proximity to the beach was perfect! One note however, make sure you are good with climbing and going down fairly steep stairs, as the bedrooms are on the second level and living and dining areas are on the third level. "
