"The beach access should be made clearer since the fence went up. We used could walk straight onto the beach, but now have to go down a few houses to access the beach. I feel the description is a little misleading. Other than that, we love coming here, and so does Dexter, my labradoodle! "

"Jubilee was beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds. Amazing views of the beach and ocean! The beach was steps from the back door. The large screened in porch was a great gathering space. Management was quick to address minor requests. There are lots of stairs in this unit. Be prepared. You will need beach chairs. The house could use some cosmetic repairs and a good cleaning. Over all, Jubilee, is a great vacation house! "

"Great location. Loved our stay. No beach in front but Long Beach to the left. Walking path all the way along the cape. Couple suggestions, salt/pepper, oven mit(s), hand soap, throw blankets, would be pluses. Otherwise, great place…old school town, no commercialism on the cape just a couple trading posts..Beautiful sunsets . Waves crashing in front all night long…loved it. Thanks for sharing. "

"This house is amazing for a group... probably not ideal for toddlers as there are many stairs. But we went with 2 other families with tweens and it was perfection. Had small maintenance issue and property manager responded immediately. "
