Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are so thankful to have found this beautiful home with the help of Mary from Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals. Our family fell in love with Cape San Blas 5 years ago and have been coming back since. We outgrew our previous home on the same street, and were so pleased with Cape Haven. We could tell this home is well managed and maintained. There were rooms for everyone including all of the grands in the bunk room! The property was also very clean. The group at Coastal Joe Rentals were extremely nice and fast at responding to answer questions. We have booked this house for next year already!"

"We had a good stay overall. The house was clean and comfortable, though it is a little worn and could use some freshening up. A few items could have been cleaner, such as throw blankets with visible stains.We had an issue with one of the HVAC units on the first morning, but the property management company was very responsive — they had someone out within 30 minutes, and the repair was completed in about an hour. We really appreciated how quickly they handled it.The refrigerator/freezer also had some trouble keeping items cold, and the ice maker was not working during our stay. Overall, though, the house worked well for us and management was very responsive."

"We absolutely loved our stay and so thankful we found this home! Josh and Melinda were more the kind and responsive. The house is gorgeous, in the perfect area on the Cape, the private pool was amazing, & the walk to the beach is only minutes! We can’t wait to come back!"

"Wow, this home was absolutely perfect for our beach trip! The location is unbeatable, the beach is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to take our dog back and forth, and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver for washing her off. We loved starting our mornings on the covered back patio; having a gate meant we could relax and drink our coffee while listening to the ocean with our dog completely safe. You also get an amazing water view from the back deck! Emily was a phenomenal host who truly thought of everything. You could literally just pack your clothes and show up. She provides all the beach supplies you could ever need, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and the entire home was spotless. We had the absolute best vacation and will definitely be back!"

"We loved our stay! Beautiful house and location. Even nicer in person. We will be back for sure! The sunsets in Cape San Blass are breathtaking.Only recommendation would be to put curtains or heavier shades that block the morning sun in the 2 bedrooms on maiin floor.Thank you for allowing us to stay at Carpe Diem!"

"Very nice stay. Close walk to the beach. Pool was not very clean the first day but someone must have come. Seemed better by last use. Elevator was a big help with luggage. Did notice some pet hair around the baseboards but overall pretty clean. WiFi did go out for most of one day due to wind but luckily we had decided to drive into Panama City to play put put golf this day. Very nice days on the beach. Not too crowded. Beautiful sunset the last day. "
