"Owner was awesome with his responses. It'sa beautiful house with a beautiful view. Our first year staying on the bay side of the cape was awesome. Would recommend to anyone who truly wants to experience the bay side in comfort and absolute PEACE. Loved it."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Footprints in the Sand for our family that had 4 adults and 2 kids. We fit comfortably with room to spread out. It had everything you can think of to take to the beach to have fun. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The views were amazing. Pool is small, but was perfect for stormy days when there were double red flags. Walking distance to the ice cream shop that also has breakfast sandwiches, and super close to the seafood market. We will definitely stay here again."

"Perfect house for enjoying the cape. The pool is a great size. The elevator makes it easy to accommodate multiple generations staying together, and also makes the check in and check out processes much simpler. The ocean views from the top deck are breathtaking. Everything was clean and as described. Only note I’d make is that only one towel and one washcloth is provided per person for the week, so be prepared with extra washcloths since that item doesn’t typically get multiple uses before a wash. We went out to the closest dollar general-about 25 minutes away-and bought more."

"We were already planning next year's trip before this visit was over, if that's not an indication of how great this property was, I didn't know what would be. The accommodations were spacious for our large group, plenty of relation spaces in addition to great sleeping arrangements, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat!"
