"Property is perfect for capturing beach life. Clean, family oriented living, beach front, ocean at your door step and a pool to relax in morning to night. Beach was clean and not crowded. Would absolutely stay here, again. "

"Very disappointed. The house is beautiful and great location. Unfortunately. the house was not built to handle the Florida heat. The top floor bedroom (nicest one in the house) could not be used because it remained over 80 degrees. The ac could not cool the bedroom/bathroom. The 3rd floor was extremely warm as well. Maintenance staff installed 2 window units on 3rd floor but could not install on 4th floor - no windows. We spent a lot of money but did not get what we paid for. "

"We just love this place. It’s our second time staying here. A great respite after a rough year and the passing off my father. So quiet and peaceful with no crowds or noise. The fridge door doesn’t close tight and is kind of small but just fine. The bbq needed a cleaning but also no biggie. Will come again as this has become our favorite place so far. "

"I’ve been taking my family to the beach every year, typical 30A. This house/location is away from the hustle but close enough to food/entertainment. The house was awesome and the fishing was great! We will be returning without a doubt! "
