"This home did not disappoint! We were 3 generations of women, grandmother (89), daughter (64) and granddaughter (42). Let me first say the location is excellent with a beautiful beach. Four king bedrooms with direct views of the beach/ocean ( think surf sounds!) and each of their bathrooms have step-in showers. Two bedrooms at back connect with Jack n Jill bathroom (one with 4 bunks). This property company (360) appears to use a linen service because all bed linens (including white comforters) and towels (also white) were bright bleach white and immaculate, and I’m super picky and a germ freak! The kitchen was fabulous and fully stocked (including coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, crock pot, dishes galore, glasses of all kinds, cutlery and much more). Lots of drawers and upper cabinets with some empty for guest use. And it was all labeled for ease of finding things. There is a .2nd refrigerator in the hall storage room which was great. The beds’ mattresses were very comfortable. TVs with Dish (including Prime) in all bedrooms and living room. The sofas in the den seem new and are not what we saw in photos if you’ve read comments about sofas needing replacement. They do sit low to the floor and are not the most comfortable but very clean. The dining table is huge. There are 3 decks and middle deck off main living floors screened with two patio tables 6 chairs each. The ground floor level is entry only (no rooms) right off carport and is the pool level."

"This beach house is amazing! It was perfect for our family vacation. There were plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep plus a super comfy day bed in the living room. It is steps to the beach and could not be more convenient. The house had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much, we will definitely book again when we come back to Port St. Joe. "

"The home and beach were both outstanding. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this one had by far the best equipped kitchen and living spaces, as well as being beautifully decorated. The three balconies look out at a pristine beach. The few very minor maintenance issues were resolved by management immediately. We would happily return. "
