Apartment 'La Casa Di Bice' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The house is about 90 sq m and is entirely at your disposal.

The entrance is from a private garden of about 200 square meters equipped with sunbeds,covered patio area with table and chairs.

On the ground floor there is the living area and a fully equipped kitchen (built-in electric oven, small electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, americano coffee machine, moka, toaster...), bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Upstairs a bathroom with shower.

The first double bedroom overlooking the garden and pool equipped with a closet and dresser, the second double bedroom overlooking the garden equipped with a large dresser.



The apartment is located along the road where the cycling event L'Eroica takes place.

The property is about 7 km from the village of Asciano, in 30 minutes you can reach Siena, Arezzo and Montalcino. At about 15 km there are the thermal baths of Rapolano.
