"Good downtown location, just minutes away from Egyptian museum. On the 15th floor of an aging building, with good views. I stayed in an ensuite room - clean, if not much space. Bathroom looked fairly new and was clean. Balcony doors don't close well and provide poor insulation - a lot of noise coming from outside traffic and a lot of cold in winter. They provided a heater thanks to which I got through the night fine. Staff are nice even if not all speak English - Radwa does and is very helpful....

More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great. "
